1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming corporation with its principal office at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Services and Subscriptions
We offer software-as-a-service products and marketing services that may be billed on a one-time, subscription, or project basis. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase or in an applicable order form. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (d) use the Services to transmit malicious code, spam, or harassing content; or (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services, except as permitted by applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and materials made available through the Services are owned by Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for, and do not endorse, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blue Ocean Marketing Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our applications, or otherwise interact with our Services.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR): you have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. International Transfers
Our Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ.

Refund Policy
Effective May 13, 2026
1. Subscription Services
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access through the end of the period for which you have paid. Except where required by law, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
2. 14-Day Refund Window (New Subscriptions)
If you purchased a new subscription directly from Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the initial purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. One-Time Purchases and Project Services
One-time purchases, custom development engagements, and professional services are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law or as expressly stated in an applicable order form.
4. App Store and Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a subscription or in-app product through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, refunds are subject to that platform's policies and must be requested through that platform.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are unfounded.

Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and applications.
1. What Are Cookies?

End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective May 13, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. governing your use of any mobile or desktop software application made available by us (each, an "Application").
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the applicable Terms & Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except to the extent applicable law permits; (c) rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Application; (d) remove any proprietary notices; or (e) use the Application in violation of applicable law.
3. Updates
We may from time to time provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Application. This EULA governs any such updates unless they are accompanied by a separate license.
4. Apple-Specific Terms (iOS Applications)
If you obtained an Application from Apple's App Store, the following additional terms apply:
- This EULA is between you and Blue Ocean Marketing Inc. only — not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
- The license granted is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application.
- In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the Application. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the Application, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.
- You represent that you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the Application.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The disclaimers and limitations set forth in the Terms & Conditions are incorporated into this EULA by reference and apply to your use of the Application.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, consistent with the Terms & Conditions.
